A theatrical world of workplace challenges
For the communication concept, we drew on Prevent’s distinctive colour palette and transformed it into a playful, theatrical world. Carefully constructed sets, oversized objects, geometric forms and unexpected situations were used to turn everyday workplace challenges into something physical and instantly recognisable.
Stress, conflicts, victimisation, remote work and other issues affecting the working environment were dramatized through exaggerated scenarios, balancing humour with the seriousness of the subject.
The distinctive visual world became a common thread throughout the campaign, connecting film, social media, digital advertising, print and the educational website.

From problem to solution
Each film focused on a specific workplace challenge, first dramatizing the problem through a familiar but exaggerated situation before shifting to the solution: Prevent’s training for managers.
The result was an accessible and memorable way to communicate complex workplace issues – and show managers where to find the knowledge and practical tools to handle them.
An immediate response
The campaign generated an immediate response, with the training fully booked shortly after launch – a clear indication that the communication had reached managers with a real need for practical support and knowledge.
